Enrolment Procedures

1. Online Enrollment 

Parents have access to online enrolment for the Metropolis extracurricular courses. We accept payments by Amex/Visa/Mastercard/Union Pay online or Bank Transfer and email or whatsapp us the Bank transfer copy. Please keep your receipt until the course has been completed.

2. In Person, By Post, Email or Fax

All activities and classes are available on a first-come-first basis. Enrolment applications must be settled by cash, cheque (payable to “MRMS Art Limited” ), EPS (minimum of HK$100) and credit card (AmexVisa/Mastercard). Credit Card payment is accepted for fees over HK$200. We will not accept credit card payment over the phone.

3. IMPORTANT:

  • Partial enrollment is not permitted at whatever circumstances except for selected courses approved by MRMS Art Limited
  • It is recommended that course applications are made AT LEAST 7  WORKING DAYS prior to course commencement.
  • For courses held off-site, the where to meet details are referred to in the course description stated on the website. Please contact our customer service team for further information.
  • Please bring along the receipt on the first lesson of each course for checking by instructor and keep the receipt till the course is completed.
  • Enrollees automatically agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions and to observe the Policies and Procedures of MRMS Art Limited upon any course enrolment.

Cancellations

  1. Cancellations are allowed up to 10 days before the start of a course in which a refund, transfer or credit (if applicable) will be given. There is a HK$150 handling fee for each course cancellation.
  2. Cancellations made by participants less than 10 days before a course starts or after a course has commenced are not allowed, transferable or creditable whatever the circumstances.
  3. Substitutes are not accepted if attendees are unable to attend a course due to personal reasons.
  4. If a teacher cancels a course or session, a make-up date will be arranged. Participants unable to attend the new date must inform the office before this new date so that a credit (if applicable) or refund can be issued. Otherwise, it will be considered as a “no show” and payment will be forfeited.
  5. Absence in the class due to whatever circumstances is automatically considered as a “no show.” A makeup class or refund will not be arranged.
  6. If class is cancelled due to bad weather or government recommendations, make-up courses or sessions will not be arranged. Please note refunds or course credits (if applicable) will not be issued.

IMPORTANT:

MRMS Art Limited will make every effort to ensure courses are run as planned (with the same schedule, venue and teacher). However, MRMS ART  reserves the right to cancel, reschedule any courses or change of venue if necessary.

Typhoon and Rainstorm Arrangements

Remarks:
Black Rainstorm Warning/ T8 or above

  1. If the Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is removed by Hong Kong Observatory at or after 3pm, all classes will be cancelled for the day.
  2. “Pre-T8 warning” represents the Hong Kong Observatory will issue an early alert (i.e. a ‘Pre-No.8 Special Announcement”) prior to the hoisting of the No.8 Typhoon Warning Signal.
  3. All classes will be cancelled according to estimated time announced from the Hong Kong Observatory. (i.e. if the Hong Kong Observatory announced T8 will be hoisted from 12-2pm, all classes starting from 12pm onward will be cancelled. For class already started and will be finished after 12pm will be cancelled. )
  4. Once black rainstorm / Pre-T8 warning / T8 & above is issued by the HK Observatory, all classes will be cancelled immediately. Except for those indoor classes already started during black rainstorm, class will run as scheduled.

Extreme Condition

  1. The ‘Extreme Condition’ will be pre-announce by the Hong Kong Government before the Hong Kong Observatory (the Observatory) replaces No.8 Typhoon Warning Signal with No. 3 Typhoon Warning Signal
  2. Once Extreme Condition is issued by the HKSAR Government, all classes will be cancelled immediately.
  3. If the ‘Extreme Condition’ is cancelled by the HKSAR Government at or after 3pm, all classes will be cancelled for the day.
